George N. Kinnison, President and recipient of the Black Contractors United's 1995 Contractor of the Year award, has dedicated his 23 year career to the temperature control industry.

ACCS began operations in Illinois in 1990. Current projects in progress include those for Ameritech (SBC Communications), AT&T, General Motors, the Chicago Public Schools and various municipal, state and federal organizations. ACCS has worked on diverse and challenging projects, including the METASYS systems for the Harold Washington Social Security Center and CCTV systems for hundreds of buses owned by the Chicago Transit Authority.

We have a diverse professional staff of project managers, engineers, programmers, CAD operators and support personnel. The ACCS team possesses a wide range of overall experience, professional accreditation, formal education and temperature control expertise. The team is customer focused and strives to adhere to the company philosophy of maintaining positive relationships with customers, vendors, strategic partners or other involved parties.
